Support Workers Full time (Days)

Chosen by 'Ely Hero Awards' as its charity of the year, and rated as 'Good' by CQC, Fen House is looking for special people to join its dedicated team of Rehabilitation Support Workers.

Passionate and committed to delivering a high standard of care and rehabilitation, our Rehabilitation Support Workers and Clinical Team thrive on working together to enable our service users to be as independent as possible, whilst remaining safe.

What's the job like?

Your day to day work involves supporting our service users to achieve independent living skills eg developing their daily routine (which can include personal care), meal preparation, leisure activities, social skills, exercise and learning new skills.

You'll work within the team to organise and participate in a range of activities for our service users, and accompany our service users in the community too.
